The Ecksand Difference

When you choose Ecksand, you become part of a tradition rooted in Canadian craftsmanship. Since 2009, each piece has been designed by Creative Director Erica Bianchini and handmade in our Montreal Atelier. Certified by the Canadian Hallmark, your jewel carries a legacy of sustainability, artistry, and intention.

Sustainable Materials

All Ecksand diamonds are ethically sourced. Natural and lab-grown diamonds above 0.30 carat are GIA- and IGI-certified, respectively. Diamonds below 0.30 carat are Ecksand-certified in compliance with GIA grading standards.

Our curated selection of natural gemstones and pearls are ethically sourced, so their color may vary slightly from one Ecksand piece to another.

All of our gemstones are natural, whether you choose lab-grown or natural diamonds to personalize your jewel.

Crafted for lifetime wear in our green Montreal atelier, each piece uses 100 % recycled gold reclaimed from post-consumer and industrial sources or sustainable platinum refined via low-impact processes, ensuring eco-conscious durability and heirloom quality.

Aura Collection

Aura transforms like energy itself. Ecksand artisans introduce a reversible mechanism exclusive to the collection to allow each jewel to subtly shift. One touch is enough to create an empowering chain reaction, where flipping crescents open new perspectives as light dances from diamond pavé to brushed gold. In the heart of Ecksand's Montreal atelier, each Aura creation passes through a choreography of skilled hands, from Bianchini's initial sketches to the final engraving of the Canadian National Mark.
