Do i need an appointment to visit?

Not at all. Walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. To avoid the wait, we invite you to arrange your visit in advance for a seamless experience, which we recommend on evenings and weekends especially. Book an appointment.

Where is the Ecksand Montreal store located?

Our Montreal store is located at 632 Cathcart Street, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in the heart of downtown and Montreal’s Jewellers District.

What are your Montreal store hours?

We’re open Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM.

How long is an appointment?

Each session is between 30 and 60 minutes long, dedicated solely to you, ensuring that you receive the attention and assistance you deserve.

What if I am running late or need to reschedule?

Things happen, we're here to help. We will hold your appointment for a 15 to 20-minute grace period or assist in finding a new time that suits you. If you're running behind, give us a call at (514) 804-7263.
