For your virtual appointment, Ecksand uses Google Meet. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a personalized link from your client advisor with your details. Simply click on this link at the scheduled time of your appointment to begin your bespoke consultation experience with our experts.
How long is an appointment?
The duration of your appointment varies based on your appointment type. For engagement ring and custom design appointments, each session lasts 45 minutes, with ample time to explore your design preferences and choose your ethically sourced centre stone, be it diamond or gemstone. Wedding ring and fine jewelry appointments are set for 30 minutes.
