How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders, including international ones. With our confidential FedEx priority fully-insured parcel, your Ecksand order is shipped to you safely, always gift wrapped in Ecksand’s signature packaging. If your country is not on the list at Checkout, please get in touch with us by phone at 514-804-7263 (toll free: 1-866-726-7263) or by email at sales@ecksand.com. How do you ship my delivery?

Here’s how we make sure your order is shipped safely:

  • Your parcel is exclusively sent with confidential FedEx priority fully-insured shipping
  • We require a signature upon delivery of your order
  • We don’t ship to PO boxes
  • FedEx allows us to track your package until it gets to you
Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Yes, all deliveries require a signature for security.

How long will my delivery take?

For Fine Jewelry items, your order is shipped within 3-4 weeks.

For bridal rings (Engagement Rings and Wedding Rings) and custom jewelry, each are made to order to adjust the design to any of your specific requests. Handcrafted in our atelier by our master jewellers, you get an ethical high-quality jewel shipped within 4 weeks.

Need your bridal ring in less than 4 weeks? We can prioritize the handcrafting of your ring for a CA$300+tx rush fee on selected items. For more details, contact us at sales@ecksand.com or by phone at 514-804-7263 (toll-free: 1-866-726-7263).

What could delay my order?

Delays may occur due to customs or unexpected carrier issues. Once we hand over your order to carriers, delivery times are beyond our control.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Ecksand can ship to any location where our service providers allow fully-insured shipping. At checkout, if your country is not listed as an option for delivery, please get in touch with us by phone at 514-804-7263 (toll free: 1-866-726-7263) or by email at sales@ecksand.com. Please note that we are not shipping to P.O. boxes and military bases.

For international orders: Ecksand does not charge taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to any local taxes and custom duties due on delivery. You can check with your local authorities prior to placing an order to find out more about the taxes and duties that may be charged.

Will I have to pay any shipping fees?

Shipping is free, but international customers may have to pay local taxes and duties upon delivery. Ecksand does not charge taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to any local taxes and custom duties due on delivery. You can check with your local authorities prior to placing an order to find out more about the taxes and duties that may be charged.

Can I change my delivery address?

I’ve missed my delivery, what now?

FedEx will leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

Can I expedite my order to receive it sooner than the date given?

Yes, for bridal rings, you can expedite the process for a CA$300+tx rush fee. For Fine Jewelry, the rush fee is CA$150+tx. Rush orders are subject to availability, not all rush orders are possible.
