How do I create a new account?
Creating an account with Ecksand is simple. Just click the icon at the top right of the website, next to the cart. You’ll be taken to the My Account page, where you can select ‘Create Account.’ Fill in your details, and if you’d like, opt in to subscribe to our mailing list and confirm your subscription for 10% off your first purchase of fine jewelry. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your account.
With an account, you'll enjoy easy order tracking, a faster checkout experience, and access to your past purchases.
How do I update my account details?
Log in to your account on the My Account page and select View Addresses. Here, you can add a new address or edit your existing one. Updating your information is just a few clicks away.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
Our Ecksand newsletter is where you’ll find the latest trends, exclusive collections, and first access to sales. Sign up by entering your email at the bottom of any page on our website, or opt in when creating your account. Stay connected to all things Ecksand!
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter or emails?
At the bottom of any Ecksand email, you'll find an 'unsubscribe' link. You can also email us at sales@ecksand.com to request removal from our mailing list, and we’ll take care of it for you!
